Westin has two phases on Maui, both in the same complex. The original phase which is about 5 yrs old is also referred to as the South Phase and the new phase is officially Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North, or North Phase. North opened in 2007. Westin recently opened the Westin Princeville in 2008 as well!
